  • PLEASE check my Home page to see if I may be out of town. I do it all, so when I'm gone, nothing gets done.

    PLEASE be ready to sign for your package, as most of them WILL require your signature from FedEx. If a signature will not work for you, then do NOT make your purchase without talking with me first, as there are ways around needed a signature.

    All items are sold "as-is", with no warranty from the seller, expressed or implied. Assume that all items are used, unless you see the word "New" in the description. I make every reasonable effort to describe the item and include up to 10 photos to assist in that effort, along with a description that is as accurate as possible and hopefully answers any questions. Please view each picture and each description of each item and please ask any necessary questions before buying an item. If you receive an item that is very different from the pictures and/or description, I want to know about it. Questions about an item? Ask the manufacturer and/or your mechanic. I don't like to guess about fitment.

    RETURN POLICY: I do not like dealing with returns, so I do NOT have a return policy anymore. You buy it, it's yours. If for some reason the item doesn't fit or isn't what you expected, and we both agree that you need to return it and you return the item exactly as it was shipped to you, I will refund the purchase price, minus a 25% stocking fee and you get to eat shipping costs in both directions..... so let's make SURE to get you the correct item up front. I don't like to put items back on the shelf, so PLEASE know what you're buying before you push those buttons.

    Please use only a "real address" for shipping, as I only use FedEx and they do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses. California residents please expect to incur a 8.25% sales tax (or whatever it is at the time of purchase).

    YOUR SIGNATURE: You will need to sign for your package, so if that's not an option for you, then please don't make your purchase. Lately, I've had a few problems with folks "not receiving" their item. A signature will eliminate this problem.... but there are ways around this, so talk to me.

    PAYPAL PAYMENT: I'm only covered under Paypal's rules if I ship to the Confirmed address in your payment, so PLEASE make sure that you use this when checking out and creating that invoice.

    OUTSIDE US SALES: This site is NOT setup for self-serve outside US sales. If you see an item you would like to own, please let me know, as I use eBay to sell outside the US. It's easier and safer for all involved... but does cost 10 to 15% more.

    Manufacturer and fitment are represented when possible. However, there are situations where I did not have that information..... or only partial information is known or found. Many of the items that I have purchased come from various parties. Therefore, I have no way of knowing the amount of use put on that item, so "History unknown" it applicable.
    Example: a front end that's been used. The only way to see what parts on inside the tubes is by opening them up?. and that's something that usually won't be done.
    So always check the fluid when you get the item.
    Once again, if there are questions about a certain part, please ask before you buy and I will answer it as honestly as possible.

    Shipping costs are determined by weight, size, packaging needs/materials, insurance and buyer's shipping address. Please allow up to 4 days for items to leave my hands and get on a FedEx truck (holidays, weekends, out of town trips, etc). If you pay for a service other than Ground, please send that along in a note, as I sometimes miss that. I only use my shipping account. From time to time, I will use the USPS for smaller items. It requires more of my time and energy, so the shipping costs will remain the same... but it may be faster for you. If I leave town, I will anounce that on my Home page.

    FedEx takes 4-7 working days to get to the East Coast. Your tracking number will be emailed to you, and may assist in finding out when your package is due to arrive to your door.
    If for some reason your package gets lost or damaged, please let me know as soon as possible so the appropriate paperwork can be processed. You are insured for the full amount of what you paid for the item.

  • This site is NOT setup for International sales. If you'd like to own any of the items I have, please inquire via email.

    Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

    Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. ELVIS' PLACE is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.

  • Sales Tax
  • ELVIS' PLACE charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.

    At this time, it's 8.75% inside California (which can change at any time).

  • Store Hours
  • I run an on-line business, therefore, the telephone is OBSOLETE. I simply don't have time anymore, as I do EVERYTHING myself.
